Heart Prints offers one-to-one psychotherapeutic counselling for children, young people, parents, and adult individuals. Sessions are held face to face from a calm and confidential setting in the village of Kings Langley. Where appropriate, sessions can also be held virtually from ages 16+.
Heart Prints offers an integrative approach which firstly focuses upon providing a safe environment where you can feel comfortable to express your unique self, and explore and understand the challenging areas of your life. By having the option to work through creative mediums and play, Heart Prints supports individuals to work at a greater emotional depth than with words alone.
Heart Prints can work with a diverse range of emotional and mental health challenges by providing opportunities for self-expression, the development of self-awareness and self-growth, as well as resources for improved emotional well-being.
